WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty Coverage

The RingSeal provides warranty coverage only where expressly stated in writing. 


Warranty coverage applies solely to manufacturing defects and does not extend to issues arising from installation errors, incorrect application selection, or operating conditions outside the intended use of the product.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not apply to products that have been installed incorrectly, modified, altered, improperly maintained, misused, or subjected to abnormal operating conditions. Normal wear and tear is excluded from warranty coverage. Any product showing signs of installation, use beyond inspection, physical damage, or modification may be deemed ineligible.

Motorsport & Performance Products

Products designed or marketed for motorsport, racing, or high-performance use are supplied “as is” unless otherwise stated. Such products are subject to extreme operating conditions and no warranty is provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Shipping and Inspection

All products returned under an RMA must be shipped securely and in accordance with the instructions provided by The RingSeal. Shipping costs associated with warranty returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.


If inspection determines that the product is not eligible for warranty coverage, the product may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense or disposed of at the customer’s request.

Limitation of Warranty Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The RingSeal’s liability under any warranty claim is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the original purchase price of the product, at The RingSeal’s sole discretion. No additional or consequential damages shall be covered.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA Requirement)

All warranty claims require prior approval and issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without an approved RMA number will not be accepted, inspected, or processed under any circumstances.


Before returning any product for warranty evaluation, the customer must contact The RingSeal to request an RMA. The request must include proof of purchase, product details, application information, and a clear description of the alleged defect.


The RingSeal reserves the right to inspect and test all returned products to determine warranty eligibility. Issuance of an RMA does not constitute acceptance of a warranty claim..
