HOW WE STARTED
In late 2018, we grew tired of head gaskets that wouldn't hold serious cylinder pressure, even when using extensive engine machining and exotic materials. Fast forward 2022 and after diligent testing we are proud to release our head gaskets.
why the ring seal gasket?
With four sealing surfaces, our O-ring material made from Aerospace grade alloy, can withstand temperatures in excess of 1350c. Our gaskets are made from graphite composite with stainless steel support insert, silicone coating layer and silicone outline in critical areas to prevent fluid cross leakage.
Our gaskets have been proven on some of the highest output engines in existence, with excess of 300 bar cylinder pressure on variety of power levels in the range from 600bhp to 3500bhp.
