RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Consumer Returns
Where required by mandatory consumer protection laws, consumer users may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the product is unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
Custom-made or made-to-order products
Motorsport, racing, or competition-use products
Products showing signs of installation, use, or damage
Products altered or improperly handled
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA Requirement)
All warranty claims require prior approval and issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without an approved RMA number will not be accepted, inspected, or processed under any circumstances.
Before returning any product for warranty evaluation, the customer must contact The RingSeal to request an RMA. The request must include proof of purchase, product details, application information, and a clear description of the alleged defect.
The RingSeal reserves the right to inspect and test all returned products to determine warranty eligibility. Issuance of an RMA does not constitute acceptance of a warranty claim..
